Video conferencing is a methods of interview where candidates connect with companies with different locations. It minimizes travel expenses, time, record interviews and still meet like human interactions. The interview can be conducted from a desktop at work, a home computer, laptop, smartphone or a tablet. 10. Lunch Interview

Because the senior officer does not like to meet in the office of his rival company. Eating together at some luxurious hotels is different though.
